MaKey MaKey is an invention kit for the 21st century. A MaKey MaKey is a small circuit board that turns everyday objects into touchpads. That's where the name comes from, Make-Key, Make-Key. It works by creating electrical circuits. Turn everyday objects into touchpads and combine them with the internet. It's a simple Invention Kit for Beginners and Experts doing art, engineering, and everything in-between. Makey Makey needs to be connected to a computer (e.g. Chromebook with Internet access). Makey Makey can be combined with other devices (e.g, Arduino). For a full class activity, one Makey Makey per group of 4 or less is suggested. Additional materials may be be brought to school by students for unique inventions (bananas, plants, coins, etc.).

Please be careful when using Makey Makey as circuit boards are delicate and can be broken if dropped or stepped on or if they get wet.
